Thanks for stopping by, I look forward to welcoming you to our salon company! We aren’t your average team, which is great, because YOU are looking for the best. That’s where we come in. I have owned Urban Texture Hair Studio Inc. since 2004 and have done hair for over two decades. I know what it’s like to be behind the chair and I have done all of the hard work to create the systems to be successful. I have made many investments over my career by hiring coaches, listening to countless personal development podcasts and traveling to many hair styling events (some of my favourite being, Las Vegas, California and Toronto).
I LOVE to teach stylists technical skills and even more I love to teach that consistency is #1. The reason I was so successful behind the chair wasn’t just because I delivered amazing technical results, it was about staying consistent, offering them something new all the time, understanding the psychology of people and how to make them feel nurtured. When you can master this, you get their true loyalty - success is inevitable. Learning the art of your technical abilities and having people skills will help you set and accomplish your goals.
