Susan’s career didn’t start out in the hair industry, in fact it fell into her path. After working in an office for a few years, she realized it wasn’t for her anymore and she needed a change. Fast forward 18 years and here we are!
Susan loves cuts with lots of texture and personality, textured lobs and classic bobs are her thing. She loves balayages and lived in colour looks but finds satisfaction in covering those stubborn greys too! Whether it’s short, long, light or dark, Susan loves it all.
Where she finds inspiration is building relationships with her clients and working with them to evolve and change their looks over the years. “I am grateful to the clients who have shared their lives and trusted me with their hair.”
Susan looks forward to starting a new chapter in her hair journey by joining Urban Texture Hair Studio after almost 10 years dedication at another location and she is so excited to meet you!
FUN FACT: On her days off you’ll rarely see her without her sweet baby boy in tow. She spends a lot of time with family and friends. Wine and cheese nights, backyard bbq’s mahjong and bubble tea. She loves cooking but professes she is a terrible baker. You will never catch her in flats at the salon… it’s heels all the way for this girl!
