PHASE 1

  • Learning all policies and procedures

PHASE 2

  • Booking 2 days/week consistently

  • Practicing consistency and skill in core business practices

  • Weekly debriefing

  • Post giveaway #2

PHASE 3

  • You are now a SENIOR assistant

  • Booking 2-3 days/week consistently

  • Fine tuning loose ends and booking to capacity

  • Timing more consistent and ideal

  • Post giveaway #3
