The Pre-Visit
You’ll receive an email reminder 6 days in advance and a text message reminder 48 hours before each visit with a link to confirm your visit! Please make sure to come to your reservation with moderately clean, dry hair. If this is your first visit ever at our studio, we ask that you bring along any inspiration photos so we can ensure we create the look of your dreams!
During your first visit we ask all new guests to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. One of our team members will greet you, hang your jacket and give you a tour of the studio!

Be Our Guest
Have you ever been nervous to have your hair done… especially by a new stylist? That won’t happen here! Through our innovative consultation process, you’ll be 100% confident, relaxed and excited from start to finish! We will talk about your past, present and future hair goals to ensure we create a sustainable plan just for you.
Once you’re settled, relax and enjoy a hot coffee, tea, cocktail or glass of wine and snack and allow our team of professionals to take care of the rest! If you want to chat, we are all in! Prefer to put headphones in and read a book? We get it! Need to work? Just bring your laptop and we’ve got everything else needed to be your instant in-salon office. All we ask is that you leave the kiddos at home so you (and our other guests) can relax and enjoy!
