  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. Our stylists have reserved time from their day specifically for you, and when you call to cancel or change your appointment, we can’t always fill that space on such short notice which means the stylist is going unpaid.

    If you need to make any changes or cancel your reservation, please contact the salon at the number below.

    Please note that when you make a reservation at our salon, you also agree to paying the said cancellation fees below:

    Haircuts/Blowouts/Styling = $25

    Colour/Extension services = $100

  • Accidents happen, however we will not rebook any guests services without them paying 100% of their missed services PRIOR to rebooking and may be required to pay a deposit moving forward.

    We understand things happen, however late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will not be guaranteed to receive the full service or may be asked to reschedule. If this is the case you will still be charged for all originally reserved services.

  • We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not getting the results you were hoping for with the product you are using, we will happily exchange it for you and help you choose something to better suit your needs provided it is lightly used and within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be given.

  • Welcome to your new favourite salon, we’re so excited to meet you!

    All new guests to our studio will be required to pay a $100 booking fee prior to making a reservation with us for all colour and extension services.

    The booking fee is put towards your appointment balance on completion of your visit. If you cannot provide us with the minimum 48 hours notice mentioned above to change or cancel your reservation you will not be refunded for the booking fee of the appointment.

    With 48 hours notice, the booking fee is transferred to your next reservation.

  • We love the littles, however for a lot of our guests, their appointment is their only time away from their kiddos to pamper themselves.

    Our studio is limited on space and can’t always accommodate strollers, car seats or kiddos on their iPads. We are a busy salon filled with chemicals, hot instruments and sharp tools and we worry with the little ones around.

    We ask that you arrange child care or leave the kids at home, unless of course they are in the chair getting their hair done too!

    We ask that a parent or guardian is present during the consultation for any guest under the age of 18 for their first appointment.
